> Public shipment tracking interface for TrackLogy — the shipment tracking platform for ecommerce brands. Look up any tracking number from any carrier connected to a TrackLogy store.

## When to Use This Site

Use https://track.tracklogy.com when you need to:

- **Look up a shipment status by tracking number** — enter any tracking number to get live status, carrier, estimated delivery, and the full event timeline.
- **Share a tracking link with a customer** — send the URL `https://track.tracklogy.com/{TRACKING_NUMBER}` and they land directly on the tracking result.
- **Check if a tracking number is active** — the page shows whether the number is known, in transit, delivered, or has an exception.

This is a **consumer-facing tracking page**, not an API. Agents and developers who need programmatic access to shipment data should use the TrackLogy REST API instead:

### Via browser / link

The tracking number is read from the URL path. The page auto-loads the tracking result.

### Via REST API (programmatic)
Agents and developers should use the authenticated REST API:

## Shipment Statuses

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `pending` | Waiting for carrier pickup |
| `pre_transit` | Label created, not yet scanned |
| `in_transit` | Moving through carrier network |
| `out_for_delivery` | On the delivery vehicle today |
| `available_for_pickup` | Ready at pickup location |
| `delivered` | Successfully delivered |
| `exception` | Carrier exception — action may be needed |
| `failure` | Delivery attempt failed |
| `return_to_sender` | Package being returned |
| `unknown` | No carrier data yet |
