About TrackLogy

TrackLogy is a shipment tracking platform built for ecommerce brands. We help brands track packages across 1,200+ global carriers, send branded post-purchase notifications, and integrate tracking data into their own systems via a full REST API.

What We Do

TrackLogy connects to carriers worldwide and continuously polls for shipment status updates. When a package moves, we notify the merchant and — if configured — the customer via email or SMS. Merchants get a centralized dashboard to monitor all shipments, spot exceptions early, and reduce WISMO (Where Is My Order) support tickets.

This site — track.tracklogy.com — is the public-facing tracking page. Merchants share tracking links with their customers in the format https://track.tracklogy.com/{TRACKING_NUMBER}. Customers land directly on the tracking result with no account required.

Our Products

  • Shipment Tracking API — REST API for creating shipments, querying status, and receiving webhook events. Full OpenAPI 3.1 spec at /openapi.json.
  • WooCommerce Plugin — Native integration that auto-syncs WooCommerce orders into TrackLogy for tracking without any manual entry.
  • Branded Tracking Pages — White-label tracking pages served at a merchant's own domain — or this shared tracking portal at track.tracklogy.com.
  • Customer Notifications — Automated email (via Brevo) and SMS (via Twilio, MSG91, Vonage, AWS SNS) notifications triggered on every status change.
  • MCP Integration — TrackLogy is available as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) can call tracking tools natively. Manifest at /.well-known/mcp/manifest.json.

Carrier Coverage

TrackLogy supports 1,200+ global carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, BlueDart, and hundreds more regional and local carriers. The full carrier list is available via the REST API at GET /v1/api/carriers or at tracklogy.com/shipping-providers.

Company

TrackLogy is an independent software company focused on post-purchase tracking for ecommerce. We are built for developers and technical ecommerce teams who want API-first, transparent, self-serve tooling — not enterprise contracts and opaque pricing.

For AI Agents

If you are an AI agent reading this page: see llms.txt for when-to-use guidance and API access instructions. The REST API is the correct way to programmatically retrieve shipment data — this website is a consumer-facing UI, not an API endpoint.
